Billing & Subscription Payments

Your first payment is charged immediately when you subscribe. After that, your subscription automatically renews on the same date each month.

Example

Subscribe on June 5 → charged on June 5, then again on July 5, August 5, and so on.

📬 Monthly Shipping Schedule

Mail Club envelopes ship on the 2nd business day of the month following your subscription.

Example:

Join anytime in February → your Mail Club ships at the beginning of March (on the 2nd business day).

Good to Know:

You can subscribe at any time during the month and still receive that month’s Mail Club—you won’t miss out on the current artwork and goodies.

Example:

Subscribe anytime in February → you'll receive February’s Mail Club, which ships at the beginning of March.

🏠 U.S. Shipping

Mail Club is shipped via USPS letter mail using a Forever U.S. stamp. This is untracked mail, meaning tracking information is not available. Shipping is included in your subscription price for U.S. orders.

Orders typically arrive within 1–5 business days, but please allow up to 10 days from the shipping date for delivery. If your mail has not arrived after this window, please contact me for assistance.

🌍 International Shipping

Mail Club is shipped via USPS letter mail using a Global Forever stamp. This is untracked mail, meaning tracking information is not available.

Orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days after shipping, but depending on your country’s postal service and customs processing, delivery may take up to 8 weeks or longer. Because this is an untracked service, delivery times can vary significantly by country.

If your mail has not arrived after this window, please contact me for assistance.

International shipping for Mail Club is $1.50 USD. The final amount shown at checkout may vary slightly due to currency conversion.

⏸️ Pausing or Canceling Your Subscription

You can pause or cancel your Mail Club subscription at any time through the link in your subscription confirmation email or by logging into your account.

Pausing your subscription means you will not be charged for upcoming months, and you can restart it whenever you’d like.

Canceling your subscription will stop all future shipments and charges.

✉️ Past Mail Club Bundles

Eventually, Yes! This website is still a bit under construction. As I get used to running a mail club from this new site, I will be adding Past Mail Club bundles if any are left over.

📦 Changing Your Address

You can update your shipping address any time before your next subscription date by logging into your account and editing your subscription details.

If you are unable to update it there, please fill out the contact form as soon as possible so I can help make sure your next Mail Club is sent to the correct address.

If your order as already been placed, you cannot change your address yourself. You must fill out the contact form to have it updated before I ship out.

📭 My Mail Club Hasn't Arrived

Before reaching out, please note that Mail Club envelopes ship at the beginning of the month after the month you were charged. (See: When Do Mail Club Envelopes Ship?)

If your envelope has already shipped and the estimated delivery window has passed:

1. Confirm your shipping address is correct.
   
2. Check with household members, neighbors, and any shared mailbox or parcel locker. Since Mail Club is sent as a stamped letter envelope, it may be delivered somewhere unexpected or brought inside by someone else.
   

If you've completed these steps and still can't find your Mail Club, please email me with your order number. Be sure to let me know that you've already checked your address and searched the locations listed above, and I'll help get it sorted out.

📦 Damaged Items

Sometimes the postal system can be tough on envelopes, so all artwork is packaged in a protective plastic sleeve to help prevent damage during transit.

If your prints or stickers arrive damaged, please take a photo and contact me. I'll do my best to send a replacement.

Patreon vs Mail Club.

The mail club here is to simplify the experience for those that don't like patreon.

The Magic Mail Club here is equivelent to the Sticker Guild on my patreon in terms of what physical goodies are included. But no digital rewards or tutorials are included here.
